Project Overview

This project involved the development of a modern banking office building located in the Al-Hawari District of Benghazi, along a main radial road extending from Jamal Abdel Nasser Street toward the Arab Medical University, after Al-Hawari Hospital and toward the Cement Factory roundabout.

The building was designed to serve as a fully functional banking facility, combining modern architectural design, clear circulation, secure operational areas, customer service spaces, administrative offices, VIP access, and dedicated technical infrastructure.

The project was planned with a strong focus on accessibility, security, operational privacy, and efficient movement between public, staff, and executive areas.

The floor was designed with independent horizontal circulation between administrative offices and other service spaces. It is accessed through two elevators and two staircases, with each vertical circulation route operating independently.

The second floor includes additional administrative offices and a dedicated staff hall. It also includes an IT room and service areas to support the operational requirements of the building.This floor continues the vertical circulation system through two elevators and two staircases, ensuring ease of access and efficient internal movement.

Third Floor – Executive Management

The third floor was designed for executive management and high-level banking functions. It includes formal meeting spaces, VIP seating areas, and private facilities for senior management.

Basement Level

The basement was designed as a secure operational level with an area of approximately 500 m². It includes the main treasury, the treasury manager’s office, and currency counting areas for incoming and outgoing cash.

The basement can be accessed directly from the front parking area through a dedicated ramp designed for cash transport vehicles. This allows secure loading and handling operations without interfering with public customer movement.

Main Treasury

The main treasury was designed as an independent secure space separated from the reinforced basement walls. It was executed according to high safety standards, with reinforced concrete walls and a separated ceiling structure.

The treasury was designed with approximate dimensions of 4.5 m × 8 m, providing an area of 36 m² and a height of 2.7 m. It was raised by 20 cm from the surrounding level to enhance safety and operational performance.
